Bottom Line: Cryptocurrency is a baby. It will needs years and years of exposure to the global system, before the masses start accepting it. CRYPTOCURRENCY DISADVANTAGES:
Fact is many people are still unaware of cryptocurrency aka Digital currency
People need to be educated about it to be able to apply it to their lives.
Businesses need to start accepting it
They need to make it easier to sign up and get started.
HIGH RISK OF LOSS
Timothy B. Lee, adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute and regular contributor to Forbes.com, identifies four reasons to be cautious about bitcoins:
Lack of Security. There is no safety net or perfect way to protect your bitcoins from human error (passwords), technical glitches (hard drive failures, malware), or fiduciary fraud. According to an article in the UK edition of Wired, 18 of 40 web-based businesses offering to exchange bitcoins into other fiat currencies have gone out of business, with only six exchanges reimbursing their customers. The authors of the study estimate that the median lifespan of any bitcoin exchange is 381 days, with a 29.9% chance that a new exchange will close within a year of opening.
Increased Regulation. While relatively benign guidelines are currently in place, law enforcement agencies could decide that bitcoins are a “giant money laundering scheme,” and enact more stringent regulations that would diminish the currency’s value.
Limited Scaling. The design of the system limits the speed and number of transactions processed, making it unlikely that bitcoins will replace conventional credit card transactions.
Lack of Applications. While acknowledging bitcoins’ popular use for illegal transactions, Lee questions how useful bitcoins really are. To be truly disruptive to existing fiat currencies or electronic payment systems, Bitcoin would need applications for low-cost international money transfers, the creation of complex electronic contracts, or use in Kickstarter-style fundraising campaigns or micropayment transfers.
FINAL THOUGHTS
There are always pros and cons to any situation in life. To be able to make a good decision, you need to weigh the good and bad thoroughly before finalizing your choice. With Cryptocurrency, it’s more about mass acceptance than technology. The technology is here. Only time will tell when the rest of the world (governments, citizens) will say… YES!

But as Nassim Taleb states in his book. Antifragile. Our economic machine is like a glass jaw. one small punch to it and it all comes crashing down! Both long term and short term this is not good for you and all of the hard working citizen of the world. http://icfkingdomofheaven.blogspot.com/2016/12/how-will-cryptocurrency-help-you-world.html ADVANTAGES OF CRYPTOCURRENCY Fraud: Cryptocurerncies are digital and cannot be counterfeited or reversed arbitrarily by the sender, as with credit card charge-backs. Identity Theft: When you give your credit card to a merchant, you give him or her access to your full credit line, even if the transaction is for a small amount. Credit cards operate on a “pull” basis, where the store initiates the payment and pulls the designated amount from your account. Cryptocurrency use a “push” mechanism that allows the cryptocurrency holder to send exactly what he or she wants to the merchant or recipient with no further information Immediate Settlement: Purchasing real property typically involves a number of third parties (Lawyers, Notary), delays, and payment of fees. In many ways, the bitcoin/cryptocurency blockchain is like a “large property rights database,” says Gallippi. Bitcoin contracts can be designed and enforced to eliminate or add third party approvals, reference external facts, or be completed at a future date or time for a fraction of the expense and time required to complete traditional asset transfers. Access to Everyone: There are approximately 2.2 billion individuals with access to the Internet or mobile phones who don’t currently have access to traditional exchange systems. These individuals are primed for the Crytocurrency market. Kenya’s M-PESA system, a mobile phone-based money transfer and micros financing service recently announced a bitcoin device, with one in three Kenyans now owning a bitcoin wallet. (Let me repeat that again. 1/3) Lower Fees: There aren’t usually transaction fees for cryptocurrency exchanges because the miners are compensated by the network (Side note: This is the case for now). Even though there’s no bitcoin/cryptocurrency transaction fee, many expect that most users will engage a third-party service, such as Coinbase, creating and maintaining their own bitcoin wallets. These services act like Paypal does for cash or credit card users, providing the online exchange system for bitcoin, and as such, they’re likely to charge fees. It’s interesting to note that Paypal does not accept or transfer bitcoins. 5 Benefits of Cryptocurrency: A New Economy For The Future “THE BLOCKCHAIN KEEPS EVERYONE HONEST, AND A WHOLE LAYER OF BANKING BUREAUCRACY IS REMOVED, LOWERING COSTS.” – PAUL VIGNA http://christtheeverlastinggod.blogspot.com/2016/12/advantages-of-cryptocurrency-fraud.html

Instant Pot Pumpkin Pudding {allergy-friendly!} | Starting out our holiday morning with a creamy, sweet pumpkin treat most definitely makes me thankful and ready to celebrate! This is one of those recipes that proves special doesn't have to be difficult. Just stir, pour, cook, and chill -- that's really it! | TraditionalCookingSchool.com
We had this for breakfast on Thanksgiving morning…
And this creamy, sweet pumpkin treat sure made me thankful!
This recipe proves that special doesn’t have to be difficult. Just stir together all the ingredients, pour, cook, and chill — that’s really it!
Instant Pot pumpkin pudding isn’t like a liquid-y pudding. This one actually holds its shape (kinda like Christmas pudding), so it’s just as much eye candy as it is yummy for your tummy.
For instance, you may have noticed that gorgeous white liquid running down the sides… That is a lovely (and sugar-free) Coconut-Ginger Glaze. May I humbly suggest that you do not skip this step? 😉 It balances the sweetness of the pudding so nicely, and the ginger is just the right accent to the pumpkin and the coconut. The crispy walnuts on top add the perfect crunch.
Make your holiday table beautiful with this simple, elegant dessert — Instant Pot pumpkin pudding. It’s dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and low in sugar, so I say it counts as breakfast, too!

Author: Lindsey Dietz
Recipe type: Dessert, Breakfast
Ingredients
For the pumpkin pudding:
½ cup coconut milk (raw milk is also fine if you tolerate dairy)
2 teaspoons sustainably-sourced gelatin
¾ cup packed pumpkin (or well-drained homemade pumpkin puree)
½ cup coconut sugar
1 pastured egg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup water
For the coconut-ginger glaze:
¾ cup coconut cream, at room temperature
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/16 teaspoon stevia
Instructions
Add milk to a saucepan.
Then sprinkle with gelatin.
Turn heat to medium-low to gently heat the milk.
Whisk the milk to dissolve the gelatin.
Then remove from heat.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the milk + gelatin, pumpkin, coconut sugar, egg, spices, and salt.
Whisk until smooth.
Then pour into a well-greased 3-cup bowl, souffle dish, or jello mold.
Add 1 cup water and trivet to pressure cooker.
Place the pumpkin pudding on the trivet.
Then put on the lid of your cooker, checking that the seals and all components are in good shape, including being in the sealing position.
If using an electric cooker, set to high pressure for 30 minutes.
With a stovetop cooker, bring to high pressure and maintain pressure for a cook time of 30 minutes.
Then once cycle is complete, if using an electric cooker, hit the Cancel button to turn off the heat.
With a stove-top cooker, remove from heat.
Place a towel over the pressure release knob and allow pot to do a quick pressure release.
Then carefully remove the pudding and allow it to cool to room temperature. Do not disturb it while it cools.
Next, put the pudding into the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, or until it is totally set.
Run a butter knife around the edge of the cooking dish and turn the pudding over on to a plate or cake stand.
Combine the glaze ingredients by whisking in a small bowl until completely smooth.
Then drizzle over the finished pudding.
Finally, garnish with crispy walnuts, if desired. Enjoy!
About The Cooking Dish
Any 3-cup glass bowl, mini bundt pan, or souffle dish will work as the “mold”. I used a vintage jello mold to create this stunning pudding.
Just make sure you grease it really well with fat so that the pudding slides right out!
Also, I pressure cooked this pudding right in my Instant Pot, so whatever dish you use needs to fit inside your pressure cooker, and be easily removed.

Would Clear Jell work as the gelatin? I am the winner of the Insta Pot given away on a recommended site where Wardee taught once a month cooking. My daughter is really enjoying it! Now we can both learn together! Thanks!

I’m not familiar with that product, as I only use pure beef gelatin from a sustainable source. If it’s meant for Jello, however, it should work.

And what is that spray for .?. what does it do ?.. So.. this is a chicken tractor yes ?? and if so , will that spot be where you will have your garden?? I noticed a chain link fence , is that your property line?? do you have a rough plan on paper of where you would like everything in the future to be situated ? It looks to me like your daughters really likes chickens, do you think she might like rabbits too, I mean there about the same size , and dad could make the hutches .. She might even like growing meal worms.. You front garden there looks like a great place to grow edible flowers or vegies..I'm sorry I just like asking questions....

let me just add , another couple of angle pipes for the feeders and a flip down lid on a bungy means you wont have to go into the run as often, also pipes with spring chicken nipples will help with the water, last but not least a pulley on the door connected to the outside means you can open and close it without going inside to......

Oh I love going in and interacting with the birds. I don't want to automate it too much (at least at this point). I still have to go in to clean the coop anyway. Chores really only take about 10-15 min anyway. We are going to build a bucket with chicken nipples and see how that works. Thanks for the tips!

Chicks are like puppy's and kittens, very cute and needy.
As chicks get older they slowly turn into velociraptors so don't turn you back on them ;-)....But seriously, we thought Buffs were a 'nice' breed... but the ISA Browns are amazingly docile and they will follow you around so closely, they will literally get under foot. They are great layers, an egg a day (currently adding two hours of p.m. light in the coop), but only medium size brown eggs.

Hong Kong Financial Secretary John Tsang Chun-wah has said he would “actively consider” running for the top job next year if he concludes that it is best for the city’s long-term interests.
Tsang said “many people” encouraged him to vie for the top job, addressing the chief executive election in the most direct way, after a year of speculation that he was eyeing the position.
“Many people, no matter if they know me or not – or even those on the internet – are very supportive of me joining the election,” Tsang said on Commercial Radio on Saturday. “They feel there are divisions in society and governance is in difficulties, and ask if the situation could be improved.”
But Tsang, who has controlled Hong Kong’s finances for nine years and started his career as a colonial civil servant, also noted that some were against him aiming higher.
Unity elusive for Hong Kong if John Tsang cannot run, former financial minister Antony Leung says
“Many people told me not to run ... because someone would launch smear tactics against you, attack you, or even disturb your family members,” he said.
It would come down to Hong Kong’s long-term interests when he decides, he said.
“It’s not about personal gain or loss, after all,” he said. “It’s whether the decision will contribute to Hong Kong’s overall interests. If something is beneficial to Hong Kong and the people of Hong Kong, I would actively consider this and finally make a decision even if [I] would be attacked and personally affected.”
He did not say when he would make his plan known. Amid speculation that he had been dissuaded by Beijing officials from electioneering, Tsang likened such information to “entertainment news”.
“Don’t be so serious about news without attribution,” he added.
Incumbent Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying had not announced if he would seek re-election, while executive and legislative councillor Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee was expected to make an announcement in the near future. Former High Court judge Woo Kwok-hing, who has a slim chance of winning even with enough nominations, is the only notable figure who has officially thrown his hat in the ring.
